Membership Agreement, Club Rules & Liability Waiver

1. WELCOME!

Welcome to Serendipity Sun Club & RV Park, a private membership naturist club where respect, relaxation, recreation, and community come together.

​

Our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment where members can enjoy the freedom of social nudism while treating one another with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Whether this is your first naturist experience or you've enjoyed the naturist lifestyle for many years, we want you to feel comfortable, accepted, and at home.

Serendipity is built on the belief that every person deserves to be treated with dignity regardless of age, body type, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or level of naturist experience. We ask every member to help us create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and respected.

As a private membership club, access to the Club and its amenities is a privilege extended to our members. Membership carries both benefits and responsibilities. By becoming a member, you agree to follow our Club Rules, respect fellow members and guests, help protect the privacy of others, and support the positive community we are building together.

2. MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Membership is:

  • Personal and non-transferable.

  • Subject to approval by Club Management.

  • A revocable privilege, not a property right.

  • Required for access to Club facilities.

  • ​

Membership does not guarantee admission if the Club is closed, at capacity, or hosting a private event.

Membership Types

​

Standard Membership

Annual membership with Member Daily Access Fees.

 

Gold Membership

Annual membership with unlimited Member Daily Access.

​

Residents are required to maintain the membership level specified by their residential agreement.

​

Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

  • Follow all Club Rules.

  • Treat everyone with courtesy and respect.

  • Follow directions from Club Management.

  • Help maintain a welcoming environment.

  • Report concerns to management rather than confronting others.

  • Protect the privacy of fellow members.

  • Respect the naturist philosophy of body acceptance and non-sexual social nudity.

Conduct

Members shall not:

  • Harass others.

  • Use threatening or abusive language.

  • Engage in public sexual activity.

  • Use illegal drugs.

  • Become intoxicated to the point of disturbing others.

  • Damage Club property.

  • Discriminate against others.

  • Photograph others without permission.

 

Children

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times

Guests

Guests must:

  • Complete required registration.

  • Follow all Club Rules.

  • Comply with management instructions.

Members may be held responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Membership Suspension or Revocation

To protect the safety, privacy, and enjoyment of all members, Club Management may suspend or revoke membership for violations of this Agreement or Club Rules, including but not limited to harassment, violence, theft, repeated disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or conduct that jeopardizes the welfare of the Club or its members.

Management will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns fairly; however, serious violations may result in immediate suspension or revocation.

Club Policies

Members acknowledge that:

  • Rules may be updated from time to time.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • Operating hours may change.

  • Amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, repairs, or special events.

 

Privacy

Members agree to respect the privacy of others and understand that unauthorized photography or recording is prohibited.

Agreement

By accepting membership, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Membership Agreement. I agree to abide by all Club policies and understand that membership is a privilege extended by Serendipity Sun Club & RV Park.

Whether someone is experiencing social nudism for the first time or has enjoyed it for decades, we ask every member to help create a place where everyone feels accepted, respected, and at home.

3. Membership Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement

Please read carefully before signing. This document affects your legal rights.

I voluntarily apply for membership and access privileges at Serendipity Sun Club & RV Park ("the Club"). In consideration for being granted membership and permission to use the Club's facilities, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

A. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in recreational activities, including but not limited to swimming, hot tub use, hiking, sports, camping, social activities, and other Club events involves inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and use of Club facilities.

 

B. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, I release and discharge Serendipity Sun Club & RV Park, SOBO Hospitality Group, Inc., its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, members, agents, and representatives from liability for ordinary negligence resulting in personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising from my use of Club property or participation in Club activities.

This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

 

C. Medical Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Club personnel to contact emergency medical services on my behalf.

I understand I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

D. Personal Responsibility

I agree to:

  • Follow all posted Club Rules.

  • Follow all instructions from Club Management and staff.

  • Exercise reasonable care for my own safety.

  • Respect the rights and safety of other members and guests.

  • Supervise any minor children in my care at all times.

 

E. Property Damage

I accept financial responsibility for damage to Club property caused by myself, members of my party, or my guests beyond ordinary wear and tear.

 

F. Photography & Privacy

I understand that Serendipity Sun Club is committed to protecting member privacy.

I agree that I will not photograph, video record, livestream, or otherwise record another person without that individual's express consent.

I further agree not to publish identifying photographs or personal information about another member or guest without permission.

I understand that authorized Club photography may occur during events for promotional purposes. I may notify management if I prefer not to appear in promotional photographs.

 

G. Naturist Environment

I understand that Serendipity Sun Club is a family-friendly naturist club.

I acknowledge that non-sexual social nudity is a normal part of the Club environment.

I agree to conduct myself respectfully at all times and understand that inappropriate sexual behavior, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or unwanted physical contact is prohibited.

 

H.  Membership & Club Rules

I understand that membership is a revocable privilege granted by Club Management.

Failure to follow Club Rules or engaging in conduct that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or enjoyment of others may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund, consistent with Club policies.

 

I. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

 

If any portion of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acknowledgement

I certify that:

  • I have carefully read this Agreement.

  • I understand its contents.

  • I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights to the extent permitted by law.

  • I voluntarily agree to its terms.
