MEMBER RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT
A Private, Family-Friendly Naturist Membership Club

We are an ANNR Affiliated Club. Starting June 1, 2027, All GOLD Members will be required to hold a AANR membership
PURPOSE
Serendipity Sun Club & RV Park is a private membership-based naturist resort. These Member Rules & Code of Conduct are intended to promote safety, protect privacy, preserve the naturist character of the Club, encourage a welcoming community, protect Club property, and ensure the peaceful enjoyment of Serendipity by members, residents, approved guests, staff, and volunteers.
1. APPLICABILITY OF MEMBER RULES

These rules apply to all Serendipity Sun Club members, including Standard Members and Gold Members, regardless of membership level, length of membership, frequency of use, or residency status.

Residents are subject to these Member Rules in addition to the Resident Rules & Covenants, their Lease Agreement, and other applicable residency requirements.

Members are responsible for ensuring that any guest they sponsor, invite, or bring onto Club property complies with all applicable Club rules and policies.

Guests must be registered and approved by Management when required and may remain on Club property only with Management authorization.

A member's guest privileges may be restricted or revoked based upon the conduct of the member or their guest. Management may deny admission to or require the departure of a guest when permitted by Club policies and applicable law.

Membership level does not exempt any person from these rules or provide preferential treatment regarding conduct, safety, privacy, or use of Club facilities.

Posted rules for specific facilities or activities, including the pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, game room, and special events, supplement these Member Rules and must also be followed.
2. MEMBERSHIP, CHECK-IN, AND ACCESS

Members must maintain an active Serendipity Sun Club membership in good standing and remain current on applicable membership fees and other legitimate Club charges.

Members and guests must check in, register, and pay applicable day-use, guest, event, or other fees as required by their membership level and current Club policy.

Memberships, gate cards, keys, access codes, credentials, and other Club access devices are personal and may not be duplicated, transferred, loaned, shared, or provided to an unauthorized person without Management approval.

Members may not use their membership or access privileges to admit an unregistered or unauthorized person to the property.

Membership privileges are subject to Club rules, policies, governing documents, and future amendments upon notice as applicable.
3. NATURIST COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Serendipity Sun Club is a family-friendly naturist resort. Members acknowledge that social nudity is a fundamental part of the Club's culture and operation.

Nudity is required within designated nude-required areas, including the pool enclosure, hot tub room, game room, and main clubhouse room, unless otherwise posted or an approved accommodation applies.

Members and guests are expected to support and respect the naturist nature of the resort and the comfort, dignity, and boundaries of others.

Nudity at Serendipity is non-sexual. Sexual activity, solicitation, unwanted touching, public sexual behavior, lewd conduct, or behavior that makes others uncomfortable is prohibited.
4. CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR

Members, guests, residents, volunteers, and staff shall be treated with courtesy and respect.

Harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, bullying, abusive language, disorderly conduct, fighting, or disruptive behavior are prohibited.

Public intoxication, illegal drug use, criminal activity, or conduct that endangers or materially disrupts the safety or peaceful enjoyment of others is prohibited.

Members shall comply with lawful and reasonable instructions from Management regarding safety, access, Club operations, facilities, events, and enforcement of Club rules.
5. PRIVACY, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND RECORDING
-
Photography or video recording of any person without their consent is prohibited.
-
Photography and video recording are prohibited in the pool area, hot tub room, bathhouses, restrooms, or other sensitive areas unless specifically authorized by Management for an approved purpose.

Members and guests shall respect the privacy of residents, members, and visitors and shall not disclose or publicize another person's presence at the Club without that person's permission.
6. MEDICAL AND OTHER APPROVED ACCOMMODATIONS
-
Members requiring a reasonable accommodation should contact Management.
-
Approved accommodations may include the use of robes, wraps, sarongs, towels, or other coverings as authorized by Management.
7. GUESTS AND VISITORS
-
Members are responsible for the conduct of guests they sponsor or invite.
-
Adult guests using Club facilities must register with the office and pay applicable fees unless otherwise authorized by Management.
-
Guests must comply with all Club rules, posted facility rules, and Management instructions.
-
A member's invitation does not guarantee a guest admission or continued access to the property. Management may deny or revoke guest access when permitted by Club policy and applicable law.
-
Members may not grant guests residency, ongoing occupancy, independent access privileges, or permission to stay on resident sites without the approvals required by Management.
-
Repeated guest violations may result in restriction or loss of the sponsoring member's guest privileges or other membership action.
8. QUIET HOURS AND COMMUNITY LIVING
-
Quiet hours shall be observed daily from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Members and guests shall avoid excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or other activities that disturb residents or other members.

Official Club events announced at least seven (7) days in advance by Serendipity Sun Club & RV Park or its authorized volunteer committees may continue beyond quiet hours provided they comply with applicable White County noise regulations.

Members and guests shall respect resident sites as private living spaces and shall not enter, use, or interfere with a resident's lot, RV, structure, belongings, or utilities without permission.
9. VEHICLES, GOLF CARTS, AND RESIDENTIAL AREA ACCESS
-
All vehicles and golf carts shall be operated safely and responsibly. Posted speed limits, parking restrictions, and traffic directions must be followed.
-
No person may operate a vehicle, golf cart, bicycle, scooter, or other mode of transportation while impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication, or another substance that may affect safe operation.
-
Reckless or impaired operation may result in immediate suspension of golf cart or vehicle privileges and other action permitted under Club policies, governing agreements, and applicable law.

Off-road vehicles, dune buggies, ATVs, and similar vehicles are prohibited unless specifically authorized by Management.
-
Residential areas are private living areas and are not recreational driving or sightseeing areas.
-
Only residents whose leased sites are located within a residential area may routinely operate vehicles or golf carts on roads serving those residential lots.
-
Other residents, members, and guests may enter a residential area by vehicle or golf cart only when specifically invited by a lessee in that residential area for the purpose of traveling directly to and from that resident's lot, or when otherwise authorized by Management.

Cruising, sightseeing, joyriding, or recreational operation of golf carts or other vehicles through residential areas is prohibited.
-
All members and guests shall respect the privacy and peaceful enjoyment of residents living within these areas.
10. PETS
-
Pets are permitted only when properly controlled and supervised and are not allowed inside the pool gates or hot tub room at any time, except as required by applicable law.
-
Pets must remain on a leash or otherwise under appropriate control when outside an authorized private area.
-
Owners must immediately clean up pet waste and dispose of it properly in an odor-proof bag or container.
-
Aggressive, dangerous, nuisance, or repeatedly disruptive animals may be restricted or required to leave the property as permitted by applicable law and Club policy.
11. CLUB FACILITIES AND AMENITIES

Members and guests must follow all posted rules and instructions for the pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, game room, bathhouses, recreational areas, and other Club facilities.

Members shall use Club property and equipment only for their intended purpose and shall not tamper with safety equipment, chemical dispensers, locks, controls, mechanical equipment, emergency devices, or other Club systems.

Members and guests shall clean up after themselves and leave facilities and common areas in a condition equal to or better than they found them.
-
Damage to Club property must be reported promptly to Management. A member may be held responsible for damage caused by the member or the member's guest as permitted by applicable agreements and law.
-
Management may temporarily close or restrict access to any facility for maintenance, safety, weather, regulatory compliance, events, or operational needs.
HOT TUB & SAUNA RULES
All members and guests using the hot tub room must comply with the following rules:
-
The hot tub is maintained using a bromine sanitation system.
-
The green bromine floater must remain in the hot tub whenever the hot tub is not in use. It may be removed while the hot tub is being used but must be returned to the water before leaving.
-
Do not open, adjust, tamper with, remove, or alter the bromine floater or its inserts.
-
Children under age 7 are not permitted in the hot tub or hot tub room at any time.
-
Children ages 7 through 14 must each be accompanied by their own parent or legal guardian while in the hot tub room and may use the hot tub for a maximum of five (5) minutes at a time.
-
All persons must wash with soap and water in the shower provided immediately before entering the hot tub. This requirement applies even if the person recently showered elsewhere, has just exited the swimming pool, or has otherwise recently been in water.

Members and guests using the sauna must ensure that the sauna is turned OFF before leaving the hot tub room.
-
Members and guests shall leave the hot tub room clean and orderly and are expected to leave the area equal to or better than they found it.

Posted hot tub, sauna, sanitation, safety, and occupancy rules are mandatory. Members are responsible for ensuring that their approved guests and minors in their care comply with these requirements.

Management may temporarily close the hot tub or sauna, restrict its use, or establish additional safety or sanitation requirements when necessary for maintenance, water quality, health, safety, or operational reasons.
12. SPECIAL EVENTS & AGE RESTRICTIONS
·Management may establish age restrictions, supervision requirements, and/or designated hours for minors for specific events, activities, facilities, or portions of the Club property.
·Certain events or portions of events may be designated as adults-only or restricted to persons of a specified minimum age. Management may also establish a time after which minors are no longer permitted to attend or remain in designated event areas.
·Age restrictions and designated hours may vary based upon the nature, location, activities, entertainment, anticipated attendance, or scheduled hours of an event and will be communicated through event announcements, signage, registration information, or other reasonable notice.
·Parents and legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their care comply with all posted or announced age restrictions and designated hours.
·Management retains the authority to modify or impose reasonable age and supervision requirements when necessary for the safe and appropriate operation of an event.
13. SMOKING, VAPING, ALCOHOL, AND INTOXICATION

Smoking and vaping are permitted only in areas where they are allowed by Club policy and applicable law and must not interfere with the reasonable enjoyment of others.

Alcohol may be consumed only in accordance with Club policy and applicable law.
-
Intoxication does not excuse misconduct. Disruptive, threatening, unsafe, destructive, or inappropriate behavior associated with alcohol or other substances is prohibited.

Management may restrict a person's access to facilities, vehicle or golf cart operation, events, or Club property when reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety or conduct concern, subject to applicable agreements and law.
14. PROPERTY, CLEANLINESS, AND SAFETY
-
Members and guests shall properly dispose of trash and personal items and shall not leave excessive debris or belongings in common areas.

Club furnishings, equipment, signs, decorations, safety devices, landscaping, and other property may not be removed, altered, damaged, relocated, or tampered with without Management authorization.

Unsafe conditions, property damage, suspected vandalism, or significant maintenance concerns should be promptly reported to Management.
15. ENFORCEMENT AND MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES
-
Except where immediate action is warranted because of safety, security, serious misconduct, unlawful activity, substantial property damage, or another material violation, Management will ordinarily provide notice of a violation and a reasonable opportunity to correct conduct when correction is appropriate.

Serious or immediate violations may result in immediate restriction or suspension of particular privileges, removal from a facility or event, removal from Club property, guest restrictions, or other action permitted by the Membership Agreement, Club governing documents, these rules, and applicable law.

Repeated violations, continued violations, or failure to comply with Management directives may result in warnings, administrative charges or fines when authorized, suspension of privileges, membership action, denial of future admission, or other remedies permitted by governing agreements and law.

Failure to enforce a rule on one occasion does not waive the Club's right to enforce that rule in the future.

Management reserves the right to amend these Member Rules & Code of Conduct upon appropriate notice, subject to applicable governing documents and law.
