Guest Code of Conduct & Resort Rules

 

Serendipity Sun Club & RV Park is a family-friendly naturist resort dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages. Admission to the resort constitutes acceptance of these rules and policies.

 

Admission & Background Screening

• All guests must present valid government-issued identification upon request.

• Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest at its sole discretion.

• Serendipity conducts screening of guests, including review of publicly available sex offender registries and may conduct additional background checks when deemed necessary.

• Individuals listed on a sex offender registry may be denied admission or removed from the property.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in immediate removal without refund.

 

Respectful Behavior

• Treat all guests, members, residents, volunteers, and staff with courtesy and respect.

• Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, bullying, threats, abusive language, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

• Guests must comply with all instructions from management and staff.

• Any behavior that interferes with the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of others may result in removal from the property without refund.

 

Sexual Conduct Policy

Serendipity Sun Club is a social nudist facility, not a sexually oriented venue.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sexual activity in any public or common area.

• Public displays of sexual behavior.

• Groping, touching, fondling, or unwanted physical contact.

• Sexual comments, propositions, or advances toward other guests.

• Lewd, obscene, or suggestive behavior.

• Staring, gawking, or making guests feel uncomfortable.

• Solicitation for sexual activity, swinging, or similar activities.

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the property without refund and possible notification of law enforcement.

 

Photography & Electronic Devices

• Photography and video recording of guests is prohibited without their express permission.

• Photography in pool or clubhouse areas, hot tub, bathhouse, restroom, or other sensitive areas is strictly prohibited.

• Guests must respect the privacy of others at all times.

• Management-approved photography for marketing purposes may occur only with appropriate consent.

• Guests may be asked to cover or put away devices if privacy concerns arise.

 

Nudity & Attire

• Serendipity is a naturist resort where social nudity is encouraged.

• Nudity is required within the pool enclosure, hot tub room, game room, and main clubhouse room.

• Clothing is optional in designated areas outside those locations unless otherwise posted.

• Street clothes and swimsuits are not permitted in areas designated as nude required. (wrap or sarounges are permitted around the pool and clubhouse, however guests my be completely nude while in the pool or hot tub.

• All guests should carry a towel and sit on their towel when using shared seating.

Children & Families

• Children are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult.

• Parents are responsible for the conduct, safety, and supervision of their children at all times.

• Children may not be left unattended anywhere on resort property.

 

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

• Beer wine and alcohol are not sold on premises, but may be brought into the park.  NO GLASS IN POOL AREA

• Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted.

• Public intoxication, disorderly conduct, or behavior that impacts other guests is prohibited.

• Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited (this includes smoking delta 9 or cannabis products).

• Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas and must be done with consideration for others.

 

Pool, Hot Tub & Facilities

• Use all facilities at your own risk.

• Follow posted pool and hot tub rules.

• No glass containers are permitted in pool or hot tub areas.

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while using resort facilities.

 

Pets

• Pets are welcome in designated areas but must remain ON LEASH and under control at all times.

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

• Aggressive animals may be removed from the property.

 

Vehicles & Golf Carts

• Observe all posted speed limits.

• Operate vehicles and golf carts safely and responsibly.

• Reckless driving or operation may result in removal from the property.

 

Violations

Management reserves the right to revoke privileges, terminate memberships, cancel reservations, remove guests, or refuse future admission for violations of these rules. No refunds will be issued for removals resulting from rule violations.
