Enjoy life in our naturist community with access to the clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and the people who make the Dip special. You can bring your own RV or tiny home to an available residential lot, or explore the RVs and homes already here that are offered for sale by their owners.

Thinking about buying an RV or home at the Dip?

The RV or home and the lot it sits on are separate.

You bring your RV, Camper Van or Tiny Home and lease the land from us.

Buying a resident-owned RV or home does not automatically include the lot lease, club membership, or approval to live at Serendipity.

Please contact our office before completing a purchase so we can discuss the lot, rental terms, utilities, and residency requirements with you.

Every adult who plans to live here must complete a resident application and background screening. Prospective residents must be approved by management, maintain a Gold Membership, and sign a new lease or other approved residency agreement before moving in. A seller cannot guarantee that a buyer will be approved to stay or that the RV or home can remain on its current lot.

RV Monthly Lots Available

RV Lot 14 — Available for Full-Time Living

Settle in at Lot 14, conveniently located across from our laundry facilities.

This site has a concrete pad and comfortably fits an RV up to 28 feet, with room for a vehicle. Hookups include 30-amp electric, water, and septic.

Monthly rent: $500 with a one-year lease. Shorter lease terms are available; contact the office for rates and details. Electricity is billed monthly based on the site’s meter reading.

An annual Gold Membership is required for residents. Beginning June 1, 2027, all residents must also maintain a separate AANR membership.

For Sale by Owner: RV on Lot 44

Looking for a place to call home at the Dip?

This Travel Supreme fifth wheel is offered for sale by its owner, David C. The RV features a living area, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry space. Outside, you’ll find a covered deck and space to relax.

The RV is privately owned. The sale does not include ownership of Lot 44 or transfer the current lot lease. Monthly lot rent is separate; please contact the Serendipity office for current rates and lease options.

Residential Lot 39 Available!

Bring your own home and start living naturally! Residential Lot 39 is available for full-time living at Serendipity Sun Club & RV Park. This lot offers space for an approved single-wide mobile home, park model, or tiny home in our welcoming naturist community.

Make the Dip your home and enjoy more than a place to park—you’ll have a community to connect with! Spend your days relaxing by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, exploring our wooded property, or joining friends for potlucks, games, karaoke, and seasonal celebrations. Enjoy the freedom of naturist living with opportunities to socialize or simply unwind in your own space.
